Our services allow you to run your business while your real estate concerns are handled professionally and economically. The Principals of the company have strong experience in the key areas of real estate issues that affect your business. We utilize associates and specialists for specialized projects and locations as required to make a project successful. Each project is managed directly by the Principals insuring the proper skills are placed on the right tasks. Typically we integrate our services with our client's existing management, attorneys, accountants and other existing business relationships. We are not associated with any particular contractor, architect or lender. We normally do not broker or participate in the ownership of the client's property. Our services are usually priced in advance on a monthly basis based on the scope and length of a project. Our business is 100% based on referral and repeat clients. |
